5 am Kalari Yoga

Why Early morning Yoga

Brahmamuhurta (Creator's Hour) — the sacred early-morning period known for clarity, balance, and inner growth. Practicing yoga at 5:00 AM aligns you with nature’s most powerful and peaceful energy.

Our 5 am Yoga class structure

  • 10 minutes of Stretching
  • 20 minutes of Aasanas
  • 15 minutes of Pranayama
  • 10 minutes of Meditation

We offer 5 AM classes both EST and CST time


Slot 1:  5:00 AM EST/ 4.00 AM CST

Slot 2: 5:00 AM CST/ 6.00 AM EST
